Culinary Education

My mission is to help people rediscover the art of cooking. I believe that cooking at home is a tool that not only improves your health but also unleashes creativity. I've had the opportunity to teach in both recreational settings and professional settings. I teach classes on various cuisines, and some of my favorites include Fresh Pasta Making, French Croissants, Mediterranean style dishes and healthy takes on comfort classics. Please feel free to contact me for details about my group and individual lessons.

Here I am with some of my students from Kids Cooking Camp at Sur La Table. Although I mostly taught adults during my time there, I was lucky to teach some future chefs!

As a baking instructor at Butter Lane Cupcakes in Manhattan's East Village, I not only taught cupcake baking class, but also designed and taught my own holiday cookie baking class. This is a scene from my "Cookie Swap" Class.

Here I am with one of my students from Project Renewal's Culinary Arts training program. This awesome program trains adults returning to the workforce for entry-level food service jobs. I developed a baking curriculum for the program.

Hunter College Cooking Class Flyer

I'm thrilled to be teaching cooking classes to my colleagues in the Hunter College Nutrition Club this spring! Details coming soon.
